Webinar: GMROI and Why It Matters to Your Bottom Line

Category : New Features

You’re invited to our webinar on April 28 at 9 am PT.

Every retail business aims to be profitable, but the most successful retailers think differently about inventory. Instead of treating it as a cost, they treat it like an investment. Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI) is a simple yet powerful metric that shows whether your inventory is generating the return it should.

In this webinar, we’ll break down how GMROI works, why it’s one of the most effective measures of store performance, and how it can be used as a practical tool to strengthen profitability.

Join us on April 28 at 9 a.m. PT to see how PaladinPOS™ helps retailers calculate GMROI, analyze sales cycles, uncover trends, and make smarter inventory decisions that lead to stronger margins and higher profits.

When will I have this feature or update?

Features and updates are announced when they are completed, but are not usually available until the next general release.

This feature or update is available in your store when your Paladin Point of Sale build is the same or later than the build cited in this notice. You compare builds by number.

To determine if you have a feature or update, compare the feature and Paladin Point of Sale build numbers.

Example 1

  • Your Paladin Point of Sale build number: 2_11
  • Feature or update build number: 9766
New build number system -- you have this feature

You can use this feature or update because build 2_11 is later than build 9766.

Example 2

  • Your Paladin Point of Sale build number: 2_11
  • Feature or update build number: 2_430
New build number system -- you don't have this feature

You cannot use this feature or update because build 2_11 is earlier than build 2_430.

The feature or update build number is in the build announcement.
